Premium Aural tunings - The first note is tuned to a pitch source and the remainder of the piano is tuned one note to another. Each interval is tested and adjusted to be as perfect as possible. The result is a very musical tuning - one that is preferred by professional musicians - and me! Pianos tuned by ear simply sound better! You won't believe your ears! For those who prefer an electronic tuning, I can do that too!

Pitch raises are needed when a long-neglected piano is flat in pitch. They are an additional charge over and above the cost of tuning because it takes more time. A pitch raise can add 2000 pounds of additional tension to the piano and that makes the tuning a bit unstable. The tuning will settle and the piano must be tuned again within 2-4 weeks after a pitch raise is performed.

Piano repair - I can handle all types of repairs your piano might need. Common repairs include adjusting the key touch, replacing worn out felts, and adjusting the tone. Some pianos might need new strings and hammers. Call me - I'll be happy to evaluate your piano.
